It could be that you have a different video configuration on that computer; have you checked that the video drivers are up to date and you don't have a second monitor / display enabled?

drivers up to date and only one monitor enabled , still have the problem
What is the video chipset and driver version?
Did you update the driver not via windows update but directly access to the driver provider?
Simply because windows update does not provide newest driver.
To get newest one, access:
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
