rekordbox 4.0 crashes

so many crashes in rekordbox 4.0 i use windows 7 ,the software cant start it crashes at the start and so many crashes during working , ihave it on my mac lap top some of the short cuts on the keyboard are not working and cannot be remapped,when i put rkbd in the full screen view the track view is not in the full screeen view plz make it in full screen view
