SeguirFailed to create library - Export.PDB is the culprit
So I've been trying to prepare this USB stick for use on the XDJ-R1. I have 2 usb sticks with identical tracks and playlists. One to be used exclusively on the CDJ and one on the R1. I am having trouble creating the library for the R1 usb stick. I formatted the stick using a FAT32 formatter. I used this same tool to format the usb stick for the CDJ and have no issues whatsoever. After formatting the usb stick for the R1, I copied the contents and Pioneer folders back to the usb stick and then tried to create the library but it failed again.
So I used a brand new usb stick, formatted it to FAT32, copied the contents and Pioneer folders over, then tried to create the library on it and it failed again!! So I checked all the mp3 files in the usb stick with an mp3 checker and deleted all the bad mp3 files, then tried to create the library and it failed yet again. This is getting really frustrating!!
So I formatted the usb stick again, then copied over only the contents folder. Then I copied the artwork, CDJ, DBH, MPJ, and USBANLZ folders one by one after trying to create the library. Rekordbox was able to create the library!!! Then I copied the rekordbox folder over, with only the playlists.sync file. Rekordbox was able to create the library. So I copied one final file over to the rekordbox folder, this is the EXPORT.PDB which gives me back my playlists. Unfortunately, when Rekordbox tried to create the library, it failed!!
Is there anyway around this without having to recreate all 30 some playlists manually? Please help!!

Im confused on what your trying to do. From what I'm reading are you trying to duplicated an entire usb and have the same playlist and contents on the other. Are you copying the folders and files over outside of rekordbox, if so i see this could possibly being a problem. If you don't have the playlist in your rekordbox library you can recreate them with a few steps. Plug your USB into your computer and open Rekordbox, then you can import the playlist exactly the same as they appear on your CDJ USB by (Right Clicking playlist and clicking import playlist). Then you can plug your second USB in for use on the R1 and transfer the playlists onto it. You might have to change your device settings in rekordbox for your library to use with the R1 in preferences, i don't know for sure since I've never used one.
