CDJs will not allow me to sort by comment

I use the comments section to arrange my tracks using the camelot key. This ability was working fine when I last used my CDJ 2000s a couple of weeks back, but suddenly I can't sort by comments any more - the option is just not on the list when I hit the "menu" button. I've made sure the option is available in the "sort" tab in "preferences" but it is not working on playlists that worked fine previously. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the CDJs or rekordbox. Any ideas?

I will report this and see what the answer is, but have to ask have you changed anything in Rekordbox as to the sort functionality of your settings?

Thanks. I'm 99% sure I haven't changed anything. I rarely ever go into the preferences. The list in the "active category" section in the "sort" tab in "preferences" does't match up with the CDJ display when I press the "menu" button.

Check the setting of Device in rekordbox when the problematic USB device is inserted instead of the setting in Preferences.

It's worked! brilliant. is this a bug then? thinking about it, this may have only happened since I upgraded my version of the software on my 2000s which i have done within the fortnight. The usb port I usually use has also stopped working so I wonder if it has anything to with that. Either way the setting in both preferences and in the device should match up surely? Thanks for you help, anyway.
