7) Have you scanned your drive for errors: Yes

8) Is rekordbox crashing at all: Yes

9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: Yes

Rekordbox downloads fine and installs fine and when it completes installation it opens and the error apperars before the software opens

CPU - Intel Core (tm) i3 cpu m380 2.53ghz ram
RAM - 8.00GB 64 bit operating

can anyone help here?
