DDJ SZ/Rekordbox pitch control, and CUE/CUP

I think the CUE/CUP issue has been mentioned, but just to throw it out, when using the cue points, the track just continues to play, where with other software, it plays until it is depressed.
Also, it seems that the pitch control, even at its least sensitive setting +/- 6% it is really difficult to get it spot on to the desired bpm, without using Sync.
Thoughts? Maybe I have missed something in the preferences or something.

As for CUE/CUP, our engineer is working for the improvement.

As for BPM control, why is it difficult?
We would like to know what makes it difficult.

What I find happening, is that when you have deck A playing at 124 BPM, then, you are prepping a song to mix in on B (or vice versa), and the song on deck B has a BPM of 128 (or another BPM) it is random if you can get B to match 124 exactly, it can get really close, 123.96, or 123.99, but sometimes, no matter what you do, it cannot get to 124 or whatever BPM exactly. Its not all the time, only some of the time, it is as if there is not enough fine control in the pitch control in relation to the software even at +/- 6%. Again, this is only without using SYNC, and is random.

Also, after using it a bit more, I have found another area that may be worth looking at. One of the things that I will do when mixing two songs is loop the first 4 or 8 or 16 bars of the incoming track. On Rekordbox, when I press the autoloop button on the SZ, the loop begins to play automatically. Not so on other software, for instance I can set the loop, and it will not begin until I press play on the deck in Serato.
