BPM and 1st memory CUE issue

Hi,
I own a xdj rx, so I use Rekordbox only for management purposes (not using Rekordbox Dj).

I had all my tracks analized, lots of cues memorized, grids ok (most of them manually seted), and BPM locked.

when loading any track, 1 player view, grid tab, the bpm value shows 000.00 but the bpm in the track header info (upper right corner) it´s ok. If you unlock the grid, now shows the correct bpm value. Now lock the grid again and it keeps the bpm value until you load a different track.

This is the same for all tracks in my collection. It´s seems like it´s only a view issue because everything works fine.

1st memory cue location doesn´t work for most tracks:

load a track on the player, start playing back. If I hit any memory cue from 2nd to 10th, it stops playback and go to the cue location as expected, but if I hit the 1st memory cue, it only stops playback and stay at the current play position.

Just as additional info, this happens in both rekordbox 4.0.0 and 4.0.1, on a macbook pro running yosemite and a PC running windows 7 pro.

In rekordbox 3.3.0 everythings works fine.

another thing to mention is that the full waveform in RB4 seems a bit blurred compared to RB 3.3

Thank you for your report.
We can replicate the 1st issue (BPM display) and ask our engineer to fix it.

As for 2. (1st memory cue), we can replicate only when the 1st memory cue is set on 00:00:000.
So we regard this as 0-time-related issue.
If you found any other case, please let me know the case and the time of the cue point.

These issue will be addressed in a future update.

Regarding the 2nd issue, same behavior here (only when placed on 00:00:000
If I find more issues, i´ll let you know.

We can not replicate BPM issue in version 4.0.2.
Can you replicate it in both you macbook and PC?
If you can, would you upload the video on youtube or dropbox or any other service you prefer?

The BPM issue is still there, even in version 4.0.3

Thank you for uploading the video.
From the video, I can understand what is happening and finally can replicate this.
I ask our engineers to fix this.
As a workaround, if you once load an unlocked track, then this issue does not seem to happen.
This will be addressed in a future update.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick answer.
Since the lastest update of rekorbox (4.0.3) I´ve noticed a strange behavior on my xdj rx, probably in relation with the 1st memory cue issue mentioned before...

All my tracks have the 1st cue point at time 00:00:000 because I chop them that way. So, having the AUTO CUE MODE enabled and set to MEMORY and AUTO PLAY MODE set to OFF, everytime I load a new track on a deck, It automatically stay in the first cue point (00:00:000) until I press the play button.
That was the expected behavior until the RB 4.0.3 update....

Now, everytime I load a new track, it automatically starts playback, regardless the AUTO PLAY and AUTO CUE setting, but when I hit the back arrow of the memory cues navigation, It goes back to the first cue and standby until the play button is pressed, like expected.

I´ll send you a link of a video to show you, because I think I´m not expressing myself clearly...
