DDJ SB Problem
Hi everyone
I Purchased a used SB a few weeks ago and only yesterday did i notice that the 4 pads on the left deck aren't working properly

I'm using the SB with Serato intro on a HP laptop with windows 7 ultimate.

Which version of Serato Intro and the SB driver are you running?
The video doesn't show the software so I can't quite tell what's happening there.

It says i have the latest version 1.2.6
Not sure what you mean by SB driver. Where can I check this?
The problem is with the pads on the left deck. The hot cue, auto/manual loop and sampler buttons have no back light to them and only the hot cue works when I power it on, but when I Press the sampler button the top 4 pads stop working altogether and have to restart it all.
