XDJ R1 with RekordBox

Hey guys,
I just bought a XDJ R1 and I should be able to get my hands on Rekordbox through the CD that came with it. The only problem is that If I got to the download page the CD is reffering me to a page where I have to buy the program for 140 euro's if I want to use CUE points etc etc.. I don't think that this is normal? Could anybody please enlighten me what I did wrong or what I should do?

the R1 was originally designed to be used with Rekordbox and a flash drive, not Rekordbox DJ. I don't even believe at this point it is compatible with Rekordbox DJ

You want to use it with just Rekordbox which in that case the CDkey and CD are old and you can toss them, Go to Rekordbox.com and download 4.0.3, create a KUVO account to activate it and you are good to go, It is all free, the 140euros is for Rekordbox dj which you cannot use anyway

First of all, thanks for the comment. But it just doesn't work for me? I have made an kuvo account and activated it but it won't let me export my playlist and a bunch of other stuff that also doesn't work which should. I'm disappointed that I rekordbox doesn't have a proper helpdesk and that their ''turorials'' on how to install rekordbox are old and not compatiable anymore..

@Sydney > You're unable to export because you're in PERFORMANCE mode. Try changing the drop-down at the top left of the window to EXPORT mode.
