@jc > When you tried updating the firmware, did you put the controller into update mode per the instructions?
Hey,
I bought my DDJ-ERGO LE a few years back and I have not plugged it in for a while. When I first got it I used it with a windows, but I have now upgraded to a macbook pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. The Pioneer website states that the ERGO is compatible with Yosemite 10.10.5, but when I connect my ERGO to my mac, it does not recognize it. I have tried updating the firmware to the latest version, and the installer says that my ERGO is not connected. I have tried going to Audio Midi Setup, but my ERGO does not show up on the list. I have also tried going to System Information to check if it is listed under the usb section, but my ERGO does not show up. I would like to know if there is any solution to this problem, because I would love to use my controller with my mac. ASAP. Please and thank you!

@Pulse The instructions I have read do not state anything about update mode. How would I put the controller into update mode though?
@jc > Sorry, I forgot that the ERGO doesn't have a special mode required for the update. Can you please check the FAQs on this page to see if any of them resolve your connection issue?
@pulse I have also tried that and no luck.
That's because of El Capitan may be. My DJM-750 doesn't work with MAC now.
@Георгий Карцев I have't updated yet tough, do I just don't know what it is.
