CDJ 350 and Traktor 2, both decks coming from one mixer channel

Hey guys! I've done some digging on the net and come across a few people having issues like this but none of the fixes solve my own problem. So here are the deets.

I've got an lg laptop running Win 10. 2x cdj 350's and a djm 250.

-I've installed the proper drivers and asio4all, updated the cdj firmware to the latest version, and downloaded the correct mapping file for my gear. After following both the pdf guide and a couple videos I did the following:

-Set the cdjs to midi channel 1 and 2 respectively.
-plugged them into the USB 2.0 ports on the laptop (Also tried different ports to check if that was the problem)
-connected them to the laptop with the computer controller button
-opened traktor 2. At this point I tried the installation wizard (which doesn't have my cdj 350s in the list, so that was pointless) and then I installed the mapping file after deleting any other ones in the list.
- Went to audio setup to make sure the audio device is set to pioneer cdj asio
-went to output routing to make sure mixing mode is set to external
-set output deck A to channel 1&2, L&R
But here's where my problem comes in, I don't have the option to set output deck B to channel 3&4. I tried setting each deck to 1 and 2 respectively but I only get sound coming out of one channel of my external mixer. What the hell am I doing wrong? Is it a soundcard issue?

I also tried running a trial version of Virtual DJ and I get the same result. 2 decks, 1 channel. ANY help with this would be appreciated! I've been at this for almost a week now with now luck!

I'm using Traktor 2.7, there is no x86 subfolder within my NI folder.

Then this is where I tell you that the audio drivers for the CDJ-350's are not certified compatible with Windows10 and you'll have to wait a bit, sorry!

Fair enough! I was hoping that wasn't the case, but I guess it's just a matter of downgrading the OS. Thanks for your help!

I am having this same issue with my MAC! Do you know if there is a fix for the MAC?

@DJ Rushlo > Yes; create an aggregate device from the two CDJs to make one audio interface for Traktor.
