For the first time I updated my cdj 350 from 1.06 to 1.12. As soon as I turned it on, the display showed the message "master bpm 130" "bpm lock" and the whole setup is stuck. I mean, I can't access usb, eject, nothing. I tried to come back to the previous version again (1.06) but it's still the same. Somebody knows what happened?

Actually, the problem came back :( I tried to contact pioneer but they don't offer any support for dj equipments and I don't have warranty anymore. Anybody has another idea? Do you know what can have happened exactly? Thank u so much

Hello. Use a small pen drive was (1-2 Gb). Download the firmware it here:
https://www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/cdj-350#firmware-update
Unzip, copy the file to a USB flash drive. The file name is: C350MAIN.UPD Do not let other the USB stick!. Hold down the RELOOP and USB SOURCE SELECT buttons while you turn on your CDJ. Do it for the update, and then turn it off to be good. If you have a problem, I think one of the damaged portion of the program. You have to take, unfortunately, Pioneer service center, where they can tell what's wrong and improve it. Good luck!
