DDJ SX - Right side only goes forward

The right side player on the controller only goes forward no matter what direction you move the platter.

@Carver > Presumably you've checked that vinyl mode is enabled?

What version of Serato DJ are you running and what is the firmware version of the SX? Instructions for checking and updating can be found here.
