If you play in clubs I'll go for the 2000's as they are standard in most clubs and will be for quite a while still. XDJ's are still new so clubs don't have them

XDJ-1000 or CDJ-2000 Nexus Setup?
Hi guys! I'm considering getting myself a pair of either of the two players together with a DJM-900 Nexus setup. But I'm not sure which should I go for. I can't test them in person at my local stores because none of them are selling any DJ gears. Which would you go for if money isn't the issue? And why?

I own a pair 900nxs and one xdj-1000, if you don't need cue points (I do not) I would go for the 900 and save some cash over the 2000, the xdj-1000 can basically do all the stuff that a 2000nxs can do, but it has poorer audio interface(who cares in the bedroom) and missing the physical button and knobs.. and to me it really makes the difference, don't like typing on touch screen looking for the functions. just. my 2c.
