Link not working with DJM 2000

I'm using RekordBox with my DJM 2000/2 CDJ 2000 Nexus decks.
I used to get the link button showing up at the bottom, but it's disappeared now, seemingly for no reason. It was working fine a couple of weeks ago, nothing has changed since then that I can think of.

The computer is running Windows 10, connecting to the internet via a USB WiFi Adapter.

Here's a list of all the troubleshooting I've done:
- Re-installed the Software
- Used multiple ethernet cables
- Used same cables on a different computer also running Windows 10 (worked with no issues)
- Verified ethernet port on computer works by connecting it directly to my router
- Reinstalled ethernet device drivers
- Disabled/Re-enabled ethernet port
- Disabled firewall
- Ensured "Use "LINK MONITOR" of Pioneer DJ Mixers" in Preferences > Audio was checked
- Restarted 10+ times
- Cried in bathroom for multiple hours

I would really appreciate any help here! This is a really big problem for me, I NEED this functionality but I realllllly don't want to have to reinstall Windows. Please let me know anything else I can try.

Hey,

We also have this problem with Rekordbox and the DJM2000NXS/CDJ2000NXS for about one year now.

1) Most of the times the LINK button won't show up.
1) Sometimes the LINK button shows up in Rekorbox but after pressing it there is no further communication. 
2) Sometimes after we click the LINK button there is a valid connection with the mixer and both players are connected. However after using is for a couple of minutes the connection is somehow delayed. Trying to connect to the Rekordbox Library on the CDJ takes 4 or 5 minutes before the list shows up in the screen.

We have tried multiple laptops, adapters and cables but the problem is still there.
Local Pioneer customer support told us they know about the problem.

Still no followup :(
Meanwhile i also own the DJM900NXS2. And guess what, The LINK is perfectly
working. So it is not the PC or Macbook. The problem is inside the DJM2000NXS

@Roy > The DJM-2000NXS has 2 ports for the computer; did you try both? It's possible one of them is bad, or it could be that there is a possible with the entire network jack module, in which case you should contact Pioneer DJ support in your region to have it serviced.

Hey all... I'm back here with the exact same problem.
Gone through the same troubleshooting steps again.

I'm of course back on Windows 10 here.
It was working for a while, then just stopped working at some point (months ago, not sure when)

Any other suggestions?
This is really painful to deal with.
