DDJ RZ and Freezing

Hello all. I'm ready to purchase either the RZ or XDJ RX but wanted to know if the RZ has been freezing because of the laptop/software? Thanks

Ive had no freezing issues. Running a Macbook 13" and El-Capitan. The only issue i had was that my HDD was a tad slow, I have since upgraded to a SSD and all seems well.

You might want to check DDJ-SZ since with RZ you are bound to rekordbox software which unfortunately (at the moment) seems not to be a mature software product. Check some of the software issues here: https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/205004556-massive-CPU-problems-

Dont miss the 2nd page. I might also switch to DDJ-SZ. When time is right I might go back to rekordbox software for performing live. At the moment it's not the right tool for me.
