If I understand correctly, then Pioneer's representative is responsible only for those matters on which it is advantageous and convenient. And it's called technical support leading manufacturer of DJ equipment.
It's a shame!
Bit silly really. One view you get 1 decimal place, another view you get 2 decimal places & some machines you get nothing at all. Such a simple thing to fix you would imagine too.
If I understand correctly, Pioneer is able to answer only on comfortable questions. In the uncomfortable questions Pioneer prefer to remain silent. At the same time they do not even have the courage to admit its mistake and bring apologies. It's very disappointing.
Answer then to a simple question: Why, then, let the Software products and to demand payment for them, if not able to fix elemental?
Or is it too uncomfortable question?
yeah .. i have tried to uninstall, reinstall, mess with my settings. i have no idea how to fix it. it really sucks because i paid for something and a couple weeks later it started acting up. It was working all fine before .... what happened :(
