SX2 Right channel plays 'hot' !!!

I've noticed that my right channel plays considerably louder than my left channel at identical trim output settings. I have to play with my trim for right channel at approximately 9'o clock while my left channel is usually at 12'o clock.

I use Serato DJ 1.9, but same behavior with 1.8.

Nothing else has changed, no new firmware downloaded, seems as if there is a problem with soundcard? Has anyone had the same issue or similar?

Is the unit still within the one-year warranty period?

I have extended service Warranty w Sam Ash. I'll bring it in, but I'm concerned the wait time is going to impact my ability to book gigs. Hate that
