XDJ-RX Asio Error Midi

I just got my Xdj Rx and I updated the firmware 2.10  and installed Rekordbox 4.1.0 in midi on my computer but I get a Asio Error that pops up when selecting xdj rx asio.  Im using windows 7. There is a Xdj Rx line for audio and  everything works but my headphone cues I can see the changes on my computers when i press the cue buttons but in my headphone there is no Deck 1 or Deck 2 as far as the sound. You only hear the sound from whatever side the cross fader is on that you hear in the headphones. I have uninstalled that drivers several times and rebooted several too. hoping to resolve the Xdj rx  asio Error but no change . I have looked for this XDJ-RX uninstall utility and have not found it on the site I need some help

When you say you uninstalled the drivers, what process did you use to remove them?

I uninstalled the Xdjrx1000 exe that what im assuming is adding the drivers and re installed Xdjrx1000 exe after rebooting my computer and I get the same thing the only thing that works is the Xdj rx line for audio but not my headphone cues so I really cant hear anything properly at all.

Did you use the Windows Add/Remove Programs in the control panel?

If you connected your XDJ-RX before installing the drivers, you may have created a problem within Windows, and you may need to use the device manager to uninstall any system drivers left behind after uninstalling the Pioneer drivers.

The same for me. Using win10 64 bit. Complete reinstalling / rebooting doesn't work.
In device manager RX and RX MIDI is OK.
In sound devices there is only XDJ-RX USB audio (line). With this driver RB with controller in midi-mode works ok, but pre-fader listening with ch1 & ch2 cue buttons on controller doesn't work.

@Pulse > Yes, i did. But today i tried with another laptop with 64bit win10 - same problem. This time installed drivers before connecting usb cable. The same fault - "error while opening".

Is this driver generally working with win10/64bit OS?

I'm having the issues noted above.  I've read the available posts and watched the youtube install video.  I've re-installed Rekordbox and the drivers multiple times to no avail, spending hours on this - very frustrating.  Any other suggestions?

I solved the problem by installing other driver - DDJ_RX_Driver_1.000. Then my XDJ-rx started to work fine.

@Vilus, that's very strange.  Thank you for the tip.  Did you install it in the XDJ-RX folder?

So, I downloaded the DDJ RX Driver, installed it, and it did indeed get me to the next level past the error message.  However, now Rekordbox is overdriven (CPU Bar Maxed Out) and no sound comes through.  Also the bar to allow me to adjust the buffer size is frozen so I'm unable to see if that would affect anything.

@David > Installed trough Rekordbox: File>Preferences>Audio>Driver>DDJ_RX_Driver_1.000.exe. All other options by default.

@Villius> I tried doing the DDJ RX after the whole install/uninstall/install/reboot a million times.  Unfortunately, I still don't have sound.   The bar is maxed.

@David > I see you're using a Celeron processor - the system requirements for rekordbox state a dual-core processor with clock speed of 2.0GHz is required:

https://rekordbox.com/en/products/rekordboxdj/system.php

Although your Celeron may have a dual core and meets the clock speed (just), the Celeron processor doesn't feature an on-processor cache and can be overburdened very easily, especially with this type of application. This would be why your CPU bar is maxed, and this is regardless of the driver issue.

#Pulse>  Thanks for the tip.  I imagine this could be it.  Unfortunate that the software is so demanding on the CPU and other resources.  I have used Ableton Live, Virtual DJ, Audacity, and many other programs with no issues.  It's striking, in fact how smooth and quick, Virtual DJ is in it's analysis of files and in playback compared with Rekordbox.  Hope things improve in the next iterations.

The engineers are always working on improving the software and lowering the resource requirements.
