Have you tried restarting your computer and controller to see if that solves the issue? You can also try using a different usb cable and/or different usb port on your computer.

scratching on ddj sx2 issue vinyl mode
hi there, if anyone can help me with my problem. i have a DDJ SX2 and the problem is : when i activate vinyl on the deck2 and deck 4 ( right side) the sound ( the music) is getting a delay ,the sound is kind of interrupting while playing ...When i deactivate the vinyl, the music is clear ( slip mode music is clear, deactivating SLIP mode is clear but when i'm activating the VINYL i have problems...) ,i really cannot understand where is the problem...please help!!!

Yes i try it with 5 different cables , with different windows version, W7,W8, W10 ... nothing solved. i made a full new instalation of windows 7 , i try it with tracktor and virtual dj , the same problem ... tomorow i will try it on a mac book pro ...if neither this one is not working i will call pioneer assistance :(

the problem is verfying only when i activate the vinyl on the deck 2 and 4 ... thank u verry much for ur time ,tomorow i will contact the pioneer support .thanks again :(
