I have purchased a license key of Rekordbox sofware on your website two days ago for my ordered Pioneer DDJ-RX console. Today arrived my new Pioneer DDJ-RX console with new Rekordbox license key. It's any difference between previously purchased license from your eShop and license key obtained with the console?
I have installed my bought license of Rekordbox from your eShop and it's not able to work properly. Console after startup lights the buttons and looks okay, even reacts on button pressing (lights and fades). But software wont do anything. Is there any solution? Thanks for help.

Have you installed the drivers for the DDJ-RX?
The keys are the same and unfortunately Pioneer DJ does not offer refunds on software purchases. Maybe you can sell the one that came with the RX to a friend.
I installed the drivers. It seems that the console does not transmit midi commands. I tried the buttons in charting program Traktor and nothing.
Don't down-vote my comment, it doesn't help me provide you with a solution.
And you wouldn't necessarily see anything in Traktor if you didn't put the controller into General MIDI mode. Have you tried using MIDI-OX to monitor for signal? Have you tried a different USB cable / USB port?
I tried another USB cable and port. Tractor I set the General MIDI mode. I even uninstalled rekordbox DJ and all drivers, clean the registry and re-install everything. Yet it did not help.
Seems you're using windows platform, right? Try another computer even mac. Maybe just your operating system have some issues your don't know.
