Well, AV's are known to mess up things (gamers know...) so, 1st, try disable it when not connected to the internet at least (like in a gig, i suppose).
You'll probably want to disable wi-fi to avoid constant link/unlink situations and if connected, windows might act funny and try to update... BAD THING (gamers also know this...)
Another thing you might want to check is GPU drivers being fully updated. try to increase audio latency a bit (too much may also cause some problems IIRC).
If all this fails.. then, instead of writing here open a support ticket.
Here thinks tend to get time to get looked at and when read even your answers to their questions are not read in full and previous posts not read at all (happened to me...)
