Provide as much detail of the issue here:

I got 4 new Toshiba drives - 64gb USB 3.0

Previously using 4 x 32gb usb 2 drives...

I formatted the new drives to fat using disk util and a few other apps through windows to try various things.

I can export to the old drives with no hassle at all.

2 of my new drives after exporting the 2 folders im trying to get on there i keep getting - DEVICE LIBRARY CORRUPT

There are no errors during the copy process or when i plug it in.

If i copy and eject safely, plug into a cdj it doesnt find the playlists "as if its corrupted"

Sometimes it also crashes rekordbox when i plug in.

All my mp3s are on my SSD, so ive done numerous re exports.

When deleting/ renaming the .edb files which should i do?

Waht should i use to analyze for corrupt audio?

I dont think its audio as it copies with no hassle and works on the usb 2 32gb

Regards

It could simply be those Toshiba flash drives are incompatible with the CDJs due to their chipset. If it happens with all 4 drives, that's a pretty good indication that it's not just a faulty drive but a whole line that is problematic.

You mention FAT but you mean FAT32, right? just to take it out of the way.
BTW, SSD's and usb drives are prone to fail too due to number of writes so have you'r ssd utility installed to keep the "life" of your drives in check, just in case.

Don't use windows copy to copy files. it is slow and I got my share of corrupted files using it, even using NTFS. So, try using supercopier, richcopy (I use this one), teracopy ultracopier, anything but windows drag and drop style.

Try to format the bad drives a couple of times (not quick format) before using them. If the problem persists, replace them, since others are working.
