Sorry, it clearly states in the system requirements that an Intel i3, i5, or i7 processor is required. AMD processors are not supported by rekordbox, nor various other leading music industry software applications.
hola a todos. acabo de adquirir la nueva pioneer ddj-rb y es muy buena pero el fallo que veo es el audio dropout exagerado que tiene rekordbox ya que es imposible hacer una buena sesion si se te laguea a cada rato y suena distorsionado y asi no se le puede sacar un optimo rendimiento a la controladora. arreglen esto por favor ya que rekordbox dj es muy buen programa a mi parecer pero eso le quita todos los puntos que pueda haber ganado

tengo el mismo problema y no me han ayudado a resolverlo mi computador es muy potente tiene 16gb de ram, procesador AMD A8 con AMD radeon r5 de 2.0 GHz y sistema operativo a 64 bits (windows 10 pro) porfavor ayudenme con este problema es URGENTE, gracias.

NO TIENE NADA QUE VER, mi mejor amigo presenta los mismos problemas y usa INTEL CORE i7, porfavor den respuestas que puedan ayudar necesitamos de respuestas que sirvan para solucionar estos problemas que debo hacer???

Saludos, acabo de adqurir una DDJ - RB y tengo el mismo problema con rekordbox 4.3.1, después de pocas horas de empezar la sesión, el audio suena distorsionado y continua sonando normalmente, lo que es realmente molestoso, tengo una i7 con 16gb en RAM, por favor señores de Pioneer ofrezcan una solución definitiva

No - please file a rekordbox inquiry ticket instead, the static issue was supposed to be resolved but there could be some specific computer configurations for which it still occurs and our engineers would need to gather additional information from you to troubleshoot and diagnose the specific conditions.
It’s disgusting rekordbox fails when tries record any session in any computer called AMD or Intel we supposed Pioneer fix that big trouble with their software because everybody pays for a quality products and only receives problems and is not fair. I have too AMD A8 4th cores 12gb Ram SSD 240gb with Windows 8.1 Pro and the lag problems with The audio is the same please fix it!
