Firmware update ddjsx2

hi I have a ddjsx2 with firmware 1.05. I have a 2012 Mac with Mavericks os and Serato Dj and vdj8. Is it necessary to up grade to firmware 1.06? Thanks Rick c

We always recommend updating to the latest firmware version.
