Channel faders
My channel faders are not reducing the volume like they used to. I used to be able to ride the fader and fade out the music but not anymore. They are all doing it so I'm wondering if I may have changed something in my software that is causing this.

serato 1.7.8 and ddjsx with original firmware from last year. Tried to update firmware tonight but a new problem has popped up. It keeps saying that my controller isn't attached and it is. Also crazy....controller was working fine yesterday and then i turned it on today to get the answers for you and i was locked out until i ran the update for Serato. FX button 2 was blinking. IDK what is going on but now the controller is working again fine but still having problems with updating firmware and channel faders. help

The fader in my DJ RB and also the master volume for each channel is not workimg at all? Do I have to fix something in the settings or is the controller just defective? Please help
