Rekordbox 3.3 and VDJ2000

My CDJ2000's connect when the link button is pressed however recordbox does not link these to player1 and player2 on the screen.

Are there any settings to be set on the players itself? I have been using traktor before.

additional information:

I am using a DJM-900Nexus, 3 CDJ-2000's and a Windows 7 PC with no firewall or virusscanner installed.

All are connected by both network and USB.

They should not be connected by USB unless you're using a software application other than rekordbox.
