DDJ Wego3

Hi there, I hope someone can help! I have a ddj wego3 to for preparation, 4 months ago it was plug and play, however after that I didn't use, after crossing around the globe with it,  I discovered it needs mapping now :(, I got most of it functioning but not the wheels, I can not beat match or scratch. The equipment I have its the only toll I have to prepare as I am away from home and have big events as soon as I land. please anyone with knowledge  with the issue. It works as a needle search, otherwise unresponsive jog wheels. Please help!
