4.2 problems/ Down Grade and still problems

I upgraded to 4.2, used it a few times and it was fine

Tonight I upgraded to DVS (wasn't using though) and RB became un responsive, Took an age to analyse tracks and crashed when trying to right click anywhere on the screen which resulted in having to force close using task manager.

I read a few threads and seen this is common, I downgraded back to 4.1.2 still not using DVS I noticed my wave forms extremely out of sync and drifting all over on the screen although the tracks stayed in beat.

Beat Grid analysis has never been right in that last 3 months, every track requires manual adjustment and that said tonight I had a track at 151.8 and another at 150.4 completely matched, Grid's not correct and floating wave forms..

I'm using a DDJ RZ with win 10, with HP Envy/i7 5th gen/4 gig ram

Please pioneer before bringing out any more controllers to promote RB DJ......sort your program out 1st.

a lot of people have spent good money on their equipment and it feels like your just messing around.

It seems there are a number of users having issues with 4.2.0. The downgrade to 4.1.2 is recommended at this time, you will not lose your collection.

Additionally, you can revert to a previous version of your database through an automatically created backup in the rekordbox folder:

Win 7/8/10: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox
OSX: /Users/yourusername/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox

Rename datafile.edb to datafile.edb.old
Rename datafile.backup.edb to datafile.edb (removing .backup)

rekordbox automatically creates a backup each time you launch the software; if you have opened / closed v4.2.0 more than 3 times you may not be able to recover your database in this manner. Please check the date / time of the backup files in order to choose the most appropriate version.

It's horrible, I think the same as you. Last saturday in the midle of the session the rekorbox crash and crash again and again after upgrade to the 4.2 version. ATTENTION; We can save the night with a HERCULES!!!! My RX game over

Rekorbox very bad please we are professionals and no want to be and experiments, try again and again before upgrade
