It seems to be 109.00 BPM.
I didn't have too much trouble with it. Some parts drift off slightly, but that's typical of a lot of 90's dance music. It's not as bad as "Nowhere Girl (12in)" by B-Movie. Holy hell, who edited that song!? But I digress.
I analyzed the track in "normal" mode. I set the downbeat marker at 00:06:491 and set a cue point and memory marker there. I then used the "::|||" button to adjust the grid, only from that beat marker onward. I used the jumped forward button, in increments of 8Beats, to check the alignment, then used a beat near the end (03:02:630) to align with, using the expand beats button "| | |-->".
I hope this helps and you get the same results.
PS: if you really want to align every beat, you can take the song into a DAW like Ableton Live and stretch it till every part syncs up. Then record it back out. I had to do this a few times for some really badly synced music. B-Movie, I'm looking at you.
