Rekordbox 4.1.0 export problem

Good afternoon....

I usually try to read the problems in the forum, before posting for help.

This time I have found no solution to why I can't export anymore since Rekordbox 4.1.0.

I read about going to export mode from performance, but I have went thru every setting and file menu I could see, and still when I use the sync manager, Rekordbox doesn't see my USB thumb drive, but Windows 7 Pro does?

I do see in my left side explorer window in Rekordbox the USB thumb drive so go figure?
