Moving Tracks/Playlists to another pc (macbook)

Hey guys, 

It would be amazing if you could help me out with this one. I'm trying to export my playlists and tracks from my desktop pc (windows) to my macbook so I dont have to set my cue points / beat grids again,

I've already tried using the .xml file and an usb stick to export my playlists but both tries haven't worked out. When I used the xml file and the original tracks it would show me all the playlists and the CUE sign but I couldn't play the tracks... When I used the usb stick with sync manager I had all the tracks with proper cue points, etc. but I couldn't import them into rekordbox and I also couldnt update the original tracks without the cue points, etc. by using the update collection feature... 

At this point I'm scared that I might have to do it all over again. But maybe you can tell me if there is a way to do it or if I just made a mistake somwhere.
