Ddj-sx Issue

Hello. I use Ddj-sx-w with serato dj 1.9.1 and osx 10.11.5 . Yesterday at the gig suddelny i had not audio out at channel 2 although the led indicators were working fine (and serato). I tried to play with channel 4 and no audio also. Only 1 and 3 channels had sound output. On the search for the problem (although it was already problem with the crowd) i figured out that the problem was that it was an EFFECT activated (combo echo) without even light up the effect button to get me known quicker and turn it of. This is the second time something like this happens. What can i do? Will a hard reset help me? Thank you

Anything? At least could anyone tell me how can i perform a factory reset?

Did you take a look at the Serato log files for any Errors from that session?

Try swapping out your USB cable and using a different USB port on your Mac.

I changed the usb cable and the port and still the same problems. Also sometimes autoloop activates by itself and cue for the headphones (for channel 2). I went to service the sx and it has not hardware issue. :-/

Have you tried updating the firmware?

Sorry, can you clarify "I went to service the SX and it has not hardware issue" -- did a service team inspect the SX for you?
