CDJ-2000 NXS2 Looping lag

Here's my issue, When hitting loop cutter button, there is a slight lag or delay in the loop being cut. It's definitely noticeable and makes my transitions sound off.

Was wondering if this is a known issue/bug

Is quantize on or off?

Quantize is on. I don't believe I'm wildly off on tapping the loop cut button. I would understand if I were not hitting it in time with the beat but I don't believe that to be the case unless the Beatgrid is not properly analyzed in rekordbox, which isn't uncommon.

You brought up my next idea. When using quantize, you must be sure the beat grid is properly aligned. You can this with quantize OFF and see if that solves the issue. If so, the culprit is certainly a misaligned beat-grid.
