Yikes - let me ask our product managers if they can tell us more.
just set up a pair of brand new cdj2000nxs2 last week, and started getting error messages on one of the cdj decks, when using usb and when playing a cd it kept stalling mid track leaving a high pitched sound.
The messages are:
E-8302:CANNOT PLAY TRACK(008B)
E-7010: DSP DEVICE ERROR
We are using 64gb usb and the tracks havnt been formatted with rekordbox, we’ve tried the usb and cds in both decks, used the link feature etc and get the problem just with one of the decks
The set up is for a retail environment, so people will still be playing cds
We have our first event next week and just worried if the deck starts playing up,
Thanks in advanced

I have exactly the same issue. Any help would be appreciated!!
spoke to the tech guys, who said >double check you've uploaded the latest firmware, and if cd keeps playing up, return it to the store and get a new one> so i did,,
@paulA > Glad to hear they replaced it for you, that's pretty much what I've been told by the product team.
@Jarrod > Unfortunately, same information for you -- it is a hardware failure and you should either exchange it with your retailer (if they'll do that for you) or send it to your nearest authorized Pioneer DJ service centre for repair.
