How to disable needle lock?

Hi,

How do i disable or turn off needle lock?

When i load up a track i want to be able to touch the whole track waveform to skip through or or to the part where i want to start from. At the moment everytime i touch it it doesn't do anything. 

The only way around it as a work around I've found is to stop the deck, then press where i want with needle jump, then play the deck again. 

Its very annoying and doesn't make much sense at all. I realise the lock is so people don't accidentally skip through a track while its playing, but surely theres an option to turn it off. 

It would be good to have the option to jump through the track as its playing. You can even stay in sync while doing this. 

Any ideas?
