Reokordbox Dj bug on Pioneer DDJ RR

What is the audio buffer setting within the rekordbox Preferences?

I don't understand too for what i must to re excecute the firmware...i find that Strange too but, if i don't do it, i stay whitout sound on monitors ( sound only on pc )...Strange.

For the audio drop-out meter, on the bug moment, i was totaly disapointed & i don't look on ( sorry, if i meet the same prob., i gone screenshot that directly... I hope the bug don't come back ever ).

Info : i buy this pc only for that controleur & it's also possible i have make Something wrong...i don't know & i hope not but...

I try it just a few minutes before writing you & always sims to be right. the following screenshot is just to show you how it was now & also, showing you the setting on the préférences.

I gone to try to find more informations in the dayli error event...

Unfortunatly, for a minimum of 5 days, i can't come back here.

I was thinking about the day when trouble come's and before trying find Something else in the dayli error event, i go into the systeme prog., and after in the pioneer folder and i thing i found Something Strange in my second "forced" installation.

Remember my sound prob. when the bug come's with my finger on needlesearch, i told you that my systeme receive big update the day before and the day after that, i stay only with pc speaker sound. Systeme asked after only one firmware and my sound came back on monitors. (Strange)

Probably that i create the problem when systeme asked to me to re install firm for sound...don't remember (was very nervous about the situation)

Look the folder with firmware & date, and look the date in systeme prog., and firmware. I don't know how he continue to work but it sims to be that there is no perfect match between both one!? Strange no?

I think, maybe, the solution is just to uninstall all and re-install properly...what do you thing about screenshots?

Now i away for few days...i came back as soon as possible.

@Eric > Having the screen shots of the system resources aren't all that helpful when things are working normally because everything would be as expected. If you're able to catch it as the error occurs, please sort the Processor section by usage, so the highest users are at the top.

There's no harm in re-installing the drivers, I would recommend running the uninstallation first, then download the latest drivers here, and finally, when installing, be sure the RR is disconnected and right-click on the installation file to run as administrator.

First of all, sorry for this long time with no more feedback on DDj RR...and a big thank you to you & the crew for the helping job. ( sorry if sometime my English isn't correct )

After re installing all in admin, everything was ok, just, after few hours mixing, little "crack" came back when i touch a knoob for effect or filter but, it was better to use than before and, that little problem goes away when i up date in the latest version of R.box.

Now everything goes well...another big thank you for the massive job made but, lol, i found a new little problem and a new bug :

- Bug : slicer doesn't exist any more

- little problem : i don't know for what but, after few hours using, when i want to go to

                         another folder, the track continu ( normal ) but the Rekordbox doesn't

                         response for a few seconds...like 20 or 30 sec. , but doesn't make any

                         bad problem. When it happen, it's sims to be like there to much

                         informations in one time but, anyway, that doesn't give serious

                         problem.

Unfortunately, i don't have any informations about that problem...may be to the next up date we gone find a Rekordbox link where any  "problem" can be registered automatically & send to the support ( Something like that )

Just for information, i don't know for what & how but, yesterday evening, when i start the R.box & RR...the new bug was "dead"...slicer was back & no more littles problems on.

I mixing like 5, 6 hours & i just melt a few "crac crac" after a little 3 hours & they goes away after 2 or 3 minutes.

I'm gone see if tonight my pleasure continue or not...lol
