Can you upload a video of this so I can send it to the engineering team? A video is better as sometimes things can get construed during the translation process. Thanks in advance!

CDJ-2000NXS2 "TRACK" shortcut not working with large libraries
I have a USB3 drive with about 20,000 tracks on it exported from playlists, When I hit "SHORTCUT/TRACK" it does not go to the track view on its on, it does nothing until I get out of the shortcut menu myself, Then its in track view.
with a smaller loaded drive hitting "SHORTCUT/TRACK" brings me right to my track list

here you go. you can see when i hit TRACK nothing happens unless i hit BACK after
