Ddj-rx jog wheel malfunction?

Both of my jog wheels are delayed when touched. They do not connect so now I cannot scratch or search. Whether on vinyl or not it does not change. I am very worried and upset as I do this for a living and cannot mix with out a working jog wheel. I can spin the wheels smoothly but it will not connect. It makes a sort of slo mo delayed sound. I have played with the touch sensitivity and it now seems to be worst. Please help!!
