Make sure the status of "PC MASTER OUT" icon on the top of rekordbox GUI near the master volume. Click it to OFF.

[ DDJ-RB] no sound on headphone (cue boutton )
Hello, i have a brand new DDJ RB, and i have a problem with the sound on cue mod. Everything els work perfectly fince, i have sound on my headphone on master level but never on cue !
( yes i know on this pic there is sound only in one deck, but even with both it change nothing, there is no sound at all in the headphone, but if i press master then i have sound )
my audio configuration
everything els work perfectly, that's what is strange, i thing its about configuration.

Sadly it disentangle work, if I switch master out to off, then on the parameters in audio nothing is selected ( see previous screenshots to see the exact option ). So I can't use the mixer only with the option master activated. Is it normal ? I will try to reinstall the software but I doupte it will change anything.

please check out this link.Hardware is different, but the same issue.
If you want to use "MASTER OUT" and "PHONES OUT" together, you need to install ASIO Driver and select "DDJ-RB ASIO".( not "LINE(PIONEER DJ DDJ-RB")
