Rekordbox 4.2.1 driver install problem, and application fault with XDJ-RX

The rekordbox 4.2.1, Windows 7 when installing the XDJ RX-driver, can not be carried out because the driver is not digitally signed. Unsuccessful. I took a chance when the machine during boot, F8, and turn off the check. It manages to be so installed. Then when I restart the machine, again not recognize the machine (XDJ-RX).

Regarding recognize issue;

If you use Windows as the operating system, there might be a problem with its driver for display adapter.
Check if your driver software is the latest version.

  • Example of how you check and update the driver software 1.Click the Start button and [Control Panel] to open [Device Manager]. 2.Click the [+] button to the left of [display Adapter]. 3.Right-click the name of the display adapter you use (e.g. Intel(R) HD Graphics) and click [Update driver software] in the menu. 4.Click [Automatically detect the latest version of driver software].

If you still have the problem after trying the process listed above, go to the following website and check and update the latest version of the driver software.

Regarding unexpected error issue;

When the operating system (OS) of your computer is Windows 32 bit, this might happen due to lack of memory.
Try followings to decrease memory usage of rekordbox.
- Open [Preferences] > [Analysis] > [Analysis Process] and select [Normal].
- Open [Preferences] > [Advanced] > [Browse] > [View] and untick [Cache track list] to disable cache.
- Reduce number of samples loaded to the sample slot.
- Remove USB device used for export from your computer.

Could you try to update Windows 7 and then install the XDJ-RX ASIO driver?
