Trying to update the firmwair on my New CDJ 2000NXS 2 but my mac whont open the downlod I am running )OX 10.95 Geting on Prograg to open file

read the update instructions, no program opens on your mac to update it, you put the extracted file on a usb drive and put the player into update mode

Download the update instructions

just extract the xxxxx.upd file on a (fat) formated usb stick.

turn off power (no usb connected)

switch the player on holding holding "usb" & "reloop/exit"

then insert the usb containing JUST the upd file and the player starts the update itself
