If you use Windows as the operating system, there might be a problem with its driver for display adapter.
Check if your driver software is the latest version.
- Example of how you check and update the driver software 1.Click the Start button and [Control Panel] to open [Device Manager]. 2.Click the [+] button to the left of [display Adapter]. 3.Right-click the name of the display adapter you use (e.g. Intel(R) HD Graphics) and click [Update driver software] in the menu. 4.Click [Automatically detect the latest version of driver software].
