The product has just been announced and we do not yet have this information.  As the release date approaches, we should have more details available.  Thank you for your patience.

@jay1179 AFAIK, currently the XDJ1000 MK1 is Serato/Traktor HID compatible.

Cheers.

Time is going on..i have bought already 2 xdj 1000 mk2 and i need to use my Serato. Dear Pioneer please be sensible to this issue, cause many dj's use your Hardware that is the standart in worldwide club and SErato. Not all have money to buy a CDj 2000 or 900 nexus to use this, so as me they bought the xdj 1000 mk2. Please give the possibility to Serato to be in HID with your excellent players. Thanks

@Fabio > This is something that needs to happen in business negotiations between Pioneer DJ and Serato.  The hardware is entirely capable of controlling Serato DJ.  It is up to Serato DJ to allow it to work with their software.

Pioneer DJ - While doing test for these players to work with MacOS Catalina

Please find some common ground  with Serato DJ Pro for these players to be compatible. A great treat would be to show the waveform on players as well. You can't buy the mk1 from an authorized dealer today which just doesn't make it fair for the DJ. Two of the players still cost more than an xdj-xz with no mixer! It's now going on 2020 and it just don't make sense. I'd love to use these players more often today but with no support for Serato I don't see the reason in keeping these players. Please support Serato with the great potential these players have.
