Unable to open Rekordbox 4.2.1 - Unexpected error

I have been unable to open Rekordbox and have many error log messages, below is the most recent:

74de07b4-812a-48ec-8e29-905ed2c3e3d5_4.2.1.0030.dmp

Please can anyone help? I've gone thorugh as many FAQ's as possible & also changed the data file to try and open an old version but this has not helped.

try the new beta version many issues are fixed.

This has opened but everything is missing, and as i can't open the old version I am unable to export/import anything.

Can anyone help?
