Fader only moves by .1
Load - not sure what's going on here. Sometime the window says "PC" after pressing the arrow load button. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
-in relation to the related tracks pane....also, sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Can't figure out the relation to the rekordbox DJ screen in terms of the knobs and buttons.
-there's so much wrong with this integration I don't know where to begin.
-a video would be helpful. Maybe I'm missing something obvious.
If not, I would like my money back, it's beyond useless and at over $100 it's too much to spend for something I will never use.

Hi There, my jog wheels doesn't work in conduction with rekordbox. Used to be fine before updates. Pioneer lounches new controller and mess with the older ones, I bought we go 3 which plug and play and guess what Jog wheels also doesn't work as before was just fine. waste of time and money!
@Daniela > Please start a new topic and we'll be happy to assist you with the troubles you're having with the jog wheels. I assure you, there is no intentional sabotage going on here.
@JAMBOE > I've asked for the engineers to provide some insight on the pitch resolution, but if sometimes control isn't being received by the computer, perhaps try a different USB port on your computer or another USB cable.
Sorry guys, it's still in the list but I don't have a timeline for the update release.
We've released a combination firmware and software update that corrects this issue. Please update to the latest firmware version here and also update to rekordbox 5.0.2 and give us your honest feedback. Thank you.
