renaming a playlist from "abc" to "abc new" the old one "abc" is also on usb stick or ssd after exporting...
if you mix 2 title the grid runs slow in the display and offen goes into jerky...

Yes, the existing playlist remains as rekordbox doesn't remove anything itself, and it considers those to be two different playlists.

after installing the new rb 4.2.1 the "playlist bug" is gone away :-)
if 1 song is running the display runs normal, in the mix not always it goes slower (jerky) - (sorry for my english! is difficult to show you what i mean)
no no - display on the xdj-rx - rb on the computer shows a correct grid
Have you tried changing the zoom level? It will naturally be slightly less smooth when rendering two sets of waveforms, but it's not unusable.
