Seems to me, that i've found the solution by myself.
RB is not able to analyse and export tracks at the same time, even if the actual analyzed tracks are not on the export list.
I have a huge perfomance problem with exporting songs and playlists to USB, I'm using RB only in export mode. There are two types of USB media i use, both are formatted in FAT32:
1) Intensio 2.5" USB 3.0 external hard drive
2) Transcend 64 GB USB 3.1 USB stick.
The export was not always that slow, but since a couple of weeks its horrible slow! RB exports only with a datarate of 1 MB/s, i can see the datarate in the Win 10 ressoucre monitor.
When i copy songs or date to my USB media via the Windows Explorer i have a ratio from about 40 - 60 MB/s.
The export rate of RB was never that slow before, i've changed nothing on my system, did the regular RB updates, what is or was happening with RB?
My System:
Rekrodbox 4.2.2, Win 10 Pro 64-bit (all Updates), Intel i-7 4th gen, 16 GB RAM, SSD HDD
Edit: It is even slow when i format the USB stick to blank FAT-32.

RB is not able to analyse and export tracks at the same time, even if the actual analyzed tracks are not on the export list.
of course, analyzing 4 tracks at once takes an enormous amount of CPU power, if you are trying to export already analyzed tracks then pause the tracks that are analyzing that you don't need yet, export and then continue to analyze after
I think I did this routine like that before. Maybe it changed till V4 of RB where you can now analyse more than one track at the same time.
you can change the setting too if you want to only analyze 2 vs 4 tracks to free up some power, its in the Rekordbox/Analysis setting, change to "Normal", Performance is what will do 4-8 tracks (depending on your CPU type) but i believe "Normal" keeps it at 2 tracks
I have also found that exporting to USB is very slow. So I switched to using SD Cards. Its much faster to export and I can just leave it in my CDJs without the risk of damage during transport.
a lot of cheaper usb drives have very slow write speeds, I have a USB 3.0 patriot that is really fast, no complaints about slowness from me
Yo USO: Pendrive Sandisk 32 GB USB 3.0 130 MB / s Ultra Fit
Y Funciona muy bien, es pequeño y no hay peligro de mameluco nada.
13 € + o -
@steven > No offence, but that's a low-quality drive. I would not recommend it.
How to say in my country .... Bueno, Bonito y Barato (Good, pretty, cheap)
After more than a year of intense use, zero problems.
I have four 32GB and one 16GB
I have other brands, these are the best and most comfortable for their size, there is no danger of breaking the connector of the xdj or pc.
Previously used, Transcend dual channel 2.0, but can not compete with speed 3.0
To work as a dj, I usually take two usb's one security, or if there is no link in basic cdj's.
But it was never necessary to use ''lifeguards''.
Same reason why I'm not using rekorbox dj (for now)
