Last night, WIN 10 did an update. Rekordbox 4 doesn't start anymore.
"MFReadWrite.dll" is missing and "MF.dll" is missing. Installation of "Media Feature Pack for Windows10" doesn't help. Any ideas?

If you find these .dll's, did you try to register them? And are you making use of the x64 version of RB or the 32bit? I think you'll find a checklist in the forum called something like before you ask a question. There is a lot of important information in there that Pioneer needs to know to help you out.
(By the way, I'm not from pioneer. Just an IT guy that likes to make people dance)

I cannot confirm that. After the Windows 10 Anniversary update released last night, rekordbox is starting normally on my PC running Win 10 Pro (without the N).
I checked the 32bit and the 64bit Version of rekordbox.
The error seem to be linked to your 'N' Version of Windows which is missing some media Features. The recommendation is to install the Media Feature Pack from Microsoft but you said this didn't helped you.
Did you had the 'N' Version before and rekordbox was working with it?
With the Win 10 anniversary update Microsoft released a new Media Feature Pack for Version 1607 - did you used that one?
Problem solved: You have to install these update-files, which Microsoft released yesterday. Other older updates of "Media Feature Pack for Windows10" doesn't work.

The fix doesn't work for me downloaded the KB3133719-x64 in Danish from the microsoft page but when I try to run it I get an error dialog saying that this standalone update can't be run on this computer.

In the most recent builds of Windows 10 N, the hotfix packages and Windows Update don't seem to be the way to go, see:
