DDJ RX Jogwheels not working responsive/ slow delayed

The problem is my jogwheels are really delayed for movement, the touch sensitivity is accurate and fast but moving the jogwheel there is a long delay, after the delay it is a lot less responsive and slower than it has been in the past. The problem came a few days ago randomly.

I looked on this forum for answers but found none. Tested the controller on two different PC's with the same problem on both. Tried updating firmware and drivers. Tried the Shift + SLIP/VINYL settings. Tried resetting and adjusting the ASIO settings. Thanks for your help
